Areas of responsibility: - Monitor and control production processes via control systems and operator panels. - Perform regular quality checks to ensure that products meet customer requirements and specifications. - Follow instructions for melting, casting, rolling and other steps in steel production. - Detect and correct deviations in processes and machines in collaboration with technicians and maintenance personnel. - Ensure that safety procedures are followed and participate in the work to ensure a safe working environment. - Contribute to improvement efforts to optimize productivity and reduce waste. - Ensure the highest level of order and cleanliness to promote a safe and efficient work environment. - Actively contribute to creating a safe work environment by participating in the development and maintenance of process control and safety procedures. - Be a role model in driving a culture where safety is always the top priority by coaching and guiding less experienced colleagues to together create a safe and efficient workplace.
