It is one of only two higher education institutions in Estonia that offer higher education in the field of applied higher education, masters and vocational training.

We have a structural unit in Kohtla-Järve, and we also have other regional units (e.g. in Pärnu, Kuressaare, Haapsalu, etc.). In addition to its teaching and development work, the college considers it important to provide necessary services to society based on the competence of the college and the expectations and needs of the target groups. Consequently, the School offers services to the public, covering all age groups, and the number of participants is increasing.
